We proudly offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser which covers shipping damages, defects in materials, and workmanship under normal everyday home use. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or property inhabitants. If the organizer system(s) are moved to another location (still occupied by original purchaser) and the product has been properly installed according to our instructions this warranty will be effective. This warranty will be considered void on any organizer system that has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents (or “acts of God”), improper application, improper modification, and/or improper installation. We do not guarantee any wood products against warping. To obtain warranty replacement, please call 1.888.312.7424. If Closets To Go determines the organizer system to have material or workmanship defect(s), Closets To Go will replace the part(s) in question immediately, without charge.
