I experienced a problem with my initial shipment. However, when I called to explain the problem, I was greeted by a friendly voice (not a recording), and within minutes the situation was resolved. The correct pieces arrived the very next day! A few days later, the owner of the company even called me to follow up and be sure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. If every company worked like this, the world would be a better place. Oh, and by the way, I love my closet!

Thank you for an amazing closet! From the on-line design process to the actual installation (which I did myself- on a masonry-backed plaster wall- surprise!), everything went great. My daughters were so impressed with my contracting skills they want me to organize their closet space as well! Best of all, it really only took about 4 hours- 3 hours to hang the rail with multiple trips to the hardware store for masonry bits and fasteners and less than an hour to put everything together. Definitely follow the instructions for hanging the rail level- it makes the closet come together really easily.

We love our closet organizers from Closets to Go. They took a little bit longer than expected but I had three closets to do. The quality is great and the delivery was excellent - one day. I am very impressed with your closet system. I have worked with other systems on the web at the same time designing planning. I found your design program very easy to understand and use. I designed and redesigned a number of times still not sure to comit. Your customer service is what really sold me. Erin helped me with final details and assured me the system would fit perfectly. AND IT DID... i ordered the system, still not total sure. 2 days later 13 boxes showed up and with in 4 hours i was done. just like i was told!! Love it. The only bad thing is you had put most of the system together already, talking away some of the fun. My wife said that was the a good thing?
