I wanted to let all the ladies out there know that I put in our entire closet system myself. It was really pretty easy even though it was a huge project. We have a large closet!! It has increased our hanging and storage space probably 40%. My husband was very pleased even though he was initially skeptical about me ordering from the internet. Also, the savings of purchasing from CTG was significant! We figure we saved close to $4000 from the estimates from local closet companies. First let me say its a pleasure doing business with people that do what they say they are going to do. The online design was the tool that drove the purchase. This tool took the guess work out of the design and gave me what I wanted. I was shocked when i got the email saying my product had shipped in the same day I placed the order. There whre 13 boxes for my master closet. My order arrived and low and behold no missing/broke parts and the order was complete. The install went smooth. I am most impressed with CTG - I am not used to such outstanding customer service. In the course of my purchase and installation I called CTG three times. In every instance the phone was answered promptly, and within minutes I was talking to someone both knowledgeable and helpful.
The website is great, especially the design software. It has great visuals for the design, tells you how much space is left or if you have overrun the space, and gives you a running total cost.
The system itself is well-designed and sturdy, and the hanger units allow each upright side to be easily adjusted up and down and in and out.
Most importantly my wife loves her new closet and its many storage features.

We saw your closet units in another house our contractor was building. We decided to go for it, and ordered a system for a walk in closet. Worked with Hannah, and she has been fantastic. The quality of the units is great. We had some damage in shipping, and some missing pieces, but Hannah and Kent were extremely responsive in getting problems solved and new parts in our hands quickly.
