Thank you for your email; I thought that Closets To Go did an excellent job, from the design, to the delivery. My problem was the installation. I had ordered organizers for 3 closets, and received 16 boxes. Trying to sort out the pieces was a little bit frustrating because some pieces were combined in the same packaging; the packaging had which closets the pieces went to, but when I unwrapped the cellophane wrap, the identifying information was unwrapped also.
I think the installation instructions were somewhat confusing, and you might want to make the instructions a little bit more user-friendly for those that have never done construction! The follow-up and support was terrific and I have already given several referrals.

This is the second order that I have placed with Closets-to-go and I plan to place at least two more orders. Part of my first order arrived damaged and CtG was most courteous and quick in providing replacement panels. My second order arrived without damage. Both orders came complete and with adequate instructions for installation. Installation of these systems is a snap. Each closet takes just a few hours, even when one is very careful about getting things level and plumb.
I figure that I saved roughly 50% over getting a comparable system from California Closets, where the cost of a planner coming in to do the layout and the cost of the installation is built into the price of the system. Our closets are great. They were easy to install. I spent a lot of time
designing them using the on line tool. It was the easiest design tool I
found. We show them off to everyone that comes to our house.
My only complaint is that I ordered a belt holder and instead received a tie
rack. We decided not to call about this since there were about 200 parts and
the only error was the one that really didn't matter. Generally I would have
expected some missing brackets or shelves. I was very pleased that we had
everything we needed for the project.
