Gift certificates purchased online have codes like coupons do. There are two ways to add your gift certifcate to your account. The first describes how to add the code if you are not yet a member. The second shows how to add the code if you are already a member.
Method #1: Add gift certificate when becoming a member
If you are not yet a member and you received a gift certificate you will first need to become a member and then proceed to Method #2. To become a member simply click the you design link. From there simply enter in the required information.
Method #2: Add gift certificate if you are already a member
If you are already a member and you received a gift certificate that you wish to add, you will first need to log into your account. Once you are logged in, click "discounts / buy gift certificate" under the member tools tab. From there, select the gift certificate radio button and enter in the code. It will be added to your account.
HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE.
Unlike coupons, gift certificates are applied to an entire order, not just individual designs. To use a gift certificate, follow these steps.
1. If you are in the design program, you will need to close the program out
2. Log in on our website, click the purchase systems link, add in the closet(s) wanted, and proceed to checkout. Your gift certificate is applied to your order automatically. Gift certificates are not applied when purchasing through the design program!
